You will learn how to incorporate mindfulness into walking and everyday activities. This is a practical course helping to fuel your mind with positivity and connect you with likeminded people. The outdoor Mindfulness course will include mindfulness in nature, mindful cups of tea, mindful raisin, we will sharing local walks in Keynsham and more. Refueling your mind with positivity. If it is raining we will go to a local café for mindfulness.

You will need: A waterproof jacket or suitable coat, change for drinks, a note pad and pen.
