This funded Wellbeing Course is to support your physical and mental health through respite and nourishing practices in nature.
The morning will involve active practice such as a walk, gentle stretching, and also a mindful practice.
There will be a break at midday; please bring your own packed lunch.
The afternoon will be for creative practice, including a variety of nature crafts. There is no expectation to engage in these, you can see how you feel on the day.
If you are unable to come please let us know so we may offer the place to others. Given Covid restrictions, there are just 6 spaces.
We will maintain social distancing at all times, and touch points will be cleaned regularly. Please follow government guidelines on hand washing and hygiene. As you would expect we would ask you not to attend if you have any symptoms of Covid19 or have been in touch with anyone who has symptoms or a positive test result.
Please dress to be outside in all weathers. We have an indoor space available but will intend to be outside in the woodland and countryside as much as possible. You may wish to bring a camp chair or mat for sitting in the small woodland.
Taster session Tuesday 30th March from 10am-12pm and 12.45pm-2.45pm and then weekly from 20th April until 18th May.
