It's been another busy week at the Wellbeing College and I just wanted to quickly update you with the latest FREE online courses. We have spaces on the following:
Wellbeing Support Meet-Up - a friendly social meet up online
Mindfulness Meditation- an 8 week meditation class
Nature Connection - an online course appreciating the natural world from the comfort of your home
Exercise for Wellbeing - a welcoming exercise class to help improve your wellbeing
We'd love you to join us, I know it can be daunting using new technology but getting over the first hurdle and applying is the hardest bit! Once you have signed up you will receive a link before the course starts and as long as you have access to a smartphone, tablet or computer / laptop you are ready to go.
