 The Wellbeing College has online and face to face courses, some are delivered directly by the Wellbeing College and some by our 3rd sector colleagues.

We hope that you find something to inspire you to support your wellbeing.

Yoga for Wellbeing Online SPACES STILL AVAILABLE!

Is your body feeling more stiff and aching from not moving as much?

Have your stress and anxiety levels gone up?

Have you been meaning to try yoga but never got around to it?

Do you think you are too stiff for yoga?

If you can relate, then join Sandhya for these Yoga sessions. We will be covering Hatha Yoga stretches where we won't ask you to look like a pretzel and Yoga stress reduction tips such as breathing techniques.
This is for any shape and any size - this is for you if you are inflexible.

Suitable for complete beginners to beginners and those that feel as stiff as a board.

This will be offered via video conferencing.

You will be guided to go at your own pace.

Please use a yoga mat or be in a carpeted room.

What to wear? I recommend you wear comfortable stretchy clothes, no footwear is needed.

Please complete this medical form before attending Medical form and email directly to: yogakeynsham@gmail.com once you have your place confirmed by the Wellbeing College.

Please note there is no class on 28th October during half term.
