If you can relate, then join Sandhya for these Yoga sessions. We will be covering Hatha Yoga stretches where we won't ask you to look like a pretzel and Yoga stress reduction tips such as breathing techniques.
This is for any shape and any size - this is for you if you are inflexible.
Suitable for complete beginners to beginners and those that feel as stiff as a board.
This will be offered via video conferencing.

Please use a yoga mat or be in a carpeted room.
What to wear? I recommend you wear comfortable stretchy clothes, no footwear is needed.
