 The Wellbeing College has online and face to face courses, some are delivered directly by the Wellbeing College and some by our 3rd sector colleagues.

We hope that you find something to inspire you to support your wellbeing.

Online Coping Strategy Support Group- Cancelled

Do you feel you need a little support in developing coping strategies in these uncertain times and would you like to be with others who may feel similar?

We would love to welcome you to this weekly online video based support group which will provide you with the opportunity to try out a variety of coping strategies.  You will also have the opportunity to be with others and receive support and connectedness from the group.

The session will include a variety of coping strategies such as:

  • Cup of tea meditation (bring a drink)
  • Breathing techniques to help calm the mind.
  • Gratitude
  • Gentle movement
  • Body scan

You will also have the chance to share your own experience of coping strategies and what works for you.
