This is your one stop shop for FREE community courses!

 The Wellbeing College has online and face to face courses, some are delivered directly by the Wellbeing College and some by our 3rd sector colleagues.

We hope that you find something to inspire you to support your wellbeing.

Mindfulness Meditation (Live Online Class)

Take a moment to pause......  Slow down…. And breathe.

You will learn relaxation exercises and stress busting techniques. You will incorporate Mindfulness, movement, laughter, deep relaxation, breathing techniques and lots more...

You will need to find a quiet, comfy space in your home and a yoga mat or blanket if possible, there will be an opportunity at the end of the class for people to connect through conversation.

Please note this class is accessed online using Zoom so participants will need access to a smart phone, tablet or computer.

Once you have booked we will email you the link to the class which you should click on 5-10 minutes before the class start to check connection, if a message comes up saying can zoom access your camera or microphone say yes and we will be able to see each other.

  • One-off taster session on 9th January to make sure that the 8 week course is right for you. Please wear loose clothing and bring a mat or towel with you for floor work.
