You will learn relaxation exercises and stress busting techniques. You will incorporate Mindfulness, movement, laughter, deep relaxation, breathing techniques and lots more...
You will need to find a quiet, comfy space in your home and a yoga mat or blanket if possible, there will be an opportunity at the end of the class for people to connect through conversation.
