This funded wellbeing course from EcoWild is to support your physical and mental health through nourishing practices in nature this winter.
The morning will involve active practice such as a walk, gentle stretching, and also a mindful practice.
We will have an hour for lunch (bring your own packed lunch or a chopped vegetable to add to a shared soup).
We will maintain social distancing at all times, and touch points will be cleaned regularly. Please follow government
The afternoon will be for creative practice, including a variety of nature crafts. There is no expectation to engage in these, you can see how you feel on the day.
If you are only able to make a half day please let us know so we may offer the other part of the day to someone else. Given Covid restrictions, there are just 6 spaces.
We will maintain social distancing at all times, and touch points will be cleaned regularly. Please follow government guidelines on hand washing and hygiene. As you would expect we would ask you not to attend if you have any symptoms of Covid19 or have been in touch with anyone who has symptoms or a positive test result
Please dress to be outside in all weathers. We have an outdoor shelter available and fire so will intend to be outside as much as possible. There is also a yurt or roundhouse for if the weather is too adverse.
This course can be attended at any stage and there is no need to attend all sessions.
