This funded wellbeing course from EcoWild is to support your physical and mental health through nourishing practices in nature. The setting is impiring and has wonderful views. We will cultivate habits of awareness and noticing the natureal world, and share our throughts in the group.
The morning will involve active practices such as a walk, gentle stretching, and also a mindful practice.
We will have an hour for lunch. Bring your own packed lunch or a chopped vegetable to add to a shared soup.
The afternoon will be for creative practice, including a variety of nature crafts for example willow weaving, clay leaf prints, charcoal making, earth art or wool craft.
There is no expectation how much you engage, you can see how you feel on the day and just observe if you prefer.
Instructions:
Please dress to be outside in all weathers with warm layers. Bring a blanket ifyou would like for meditations. We have an outdoor shelter available and fire for when needed, and there is a kettle for hot drinks.
