Many of us don’t get the required amount of hours sleep each night, and often wake feeling tired and lethargic for the day ahead.
At this 2 hour online workshop you will understand the different stages of sleep, and explore what can have an impact on your sleep pattern.
You will gain knowledge and confidence in practicing relaxation techniques which will support you in improving your health and wellbeing.
