Fun friendly fitness for all – a fun class for all abilities this is a tailored session to meet your individual needs.
Each week will have a theme from kickfit ( kickboxing fitness) to lower body and core workouts, you will use a wide variety of eqiupment from weights to massage rollers this is an indoor class with outside space to use when the wether permits all covid safe. Please allow a 15 minute time frame on first session to go over some of the admin side of things filling out forms/ understanding the rules for covid and for course tutor to learn about you and your circumstances.
Each week please bring water, towel and exercise mat if you have one, please wear suitable clothing and foot wear.
