‘Feelgood Walks’ are aimed at anyone looking to take their first steps to being more active or who are socially isolated. They are short, easy walks, generally between 1 & 2 miles and taking up to one hour.
They will run on alternate Tuesdays from 12.30 – 1.30 and Wednesdays from 2.30 – 3.30, with a starting point in Twerton. These are gentle walks, suitable for all levels of fitness. We will practise social distancing and there will be a maximum of 6 people per walk.
We will also consider providing one-to-one or 3-person walks for people who feel they need to build up more gradually to walking in a larger group.
Booking is essential as places are limited – please email us at least 2 days in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org to book your place. You will need to provide a phone number (preferably mobile) where we can contact you to discuss your requirements.
