This course is run by Bath College as part of their Adult Community Learning programme.
The aim of this 5 hour workshop is to help you improve your confidence and motivation. Developing Personal Confidence can be attended as a stand-alone course, however it does complement our other workshops really well.
What will I be doing?
• Learning techniques to help improve your motivation
• Developing a personal action plan with timescales and tracking mechanisms.
• Understand how limiting beliefs are formed and possess some tools to work through them
