With lots of things currently changing all of the time, its important that we still manage to look after our wellbeing.
We're pleased to introduce our new FREE online courses for you, coming up we have an Online Wellbeing Support Meet-Up if you are feeling socially isolated and would like to connect with others in a guided support session, a six week Meditation class to help learn meditation techniques and Nature Connection a chance to engage with nature even though you may be stuck indoors.
We also have a great database of online support which has lots of great websites to help support your wellbeing from home.

There's lots online if you need support; if you're feeling isolated, you could try Turn to Me an online lifeline, or if it's exercise you're looking for try these online yoga classes, or why not walk a mile from home?! You could sign up to be a community volunteer if you are able or try an online CBT course for free! The NHS also has lots of great advice and information for managing your wellbeing during this unusual times too.
