This course will introduce new stretches and techniques, continuing to build strength, improve alignment, flexibility and balance, both in body and mind.
We will revisit all the key principles of breathing, mindfulness, gentle stretching and relaxation.
Although a little more challenging than level 1, the class is suitable for all abilities, with the emphasis being on a safe, mindful practice, allowing you to feel comfortable and confident to work at your own pace.
As with level 1 there is always the option to remain seated on a chair, if necessary-working with alternative postures/ stretches to suit your particular requierments or range of movement.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga or exercise mat. You may also like to bring a blanket and a cushion for your comfort.
